One small step to improve...

Consider the following:

"Each one of us can make a contribution. Too frequently we think we have to do spectacular things. Yet if we remember that the sea is actually made up of drops of water and each drop counts, each one of us can do our little bit where we are. Those little bits come together and almost overwhelm the world. Each one of us can be an oasis of peace."
-Desmond Tutu, Nobel Peace Prize winner

Each day we come to school, we have the opportunity to make the school a better place than it was before we came. Describe what you will do to make a difference and why you will do it.

My new goal will be to help others when they need it. Sometimes others don't get math or something, so i should try to help them if in get that kind of math myself. It is kind to do that, and i also want to be kind. So in a way, i will be accomplishing two goals at once.

i think i could work on talking less with my friends and staying in my seat more and listening to the teacher more then i do right now in school. i think i could do that by trying to make myself to do it.

My new goal is to stand up for other kids. Until today I didn't realize how many kids are bullied. I am going to try to not laugh when someone is teasing another person, but to tell that person not to tease people.

I will report problems to my bus driver, teacher or Mr. Rudd. I chose that goal because I think my bus driver/teachers should be more aware of the things that are going on.

I think I shold try sitting with someone eles every day of every other day. T feel that I sit next to the same person every day. But if I sit next to the same person I don't think I spend enough time with them. I shoud keep track of whoever I sit next to.I will try my best to do it

Mr.Rudd,
The thing about Desmond Tutu was very cool because i know we can make a differance if we all do a little part, my goal is to think before i speak because sometimes i tend to just blurt something out and i should really think, is this the right thing to say, will this make things better and help in the future, or is it useless?

I will stick up for anyone being made fun of because i know that people in my class and in other classes make fun of other people if they look different or talk different and i do not think that it is right because i think every one should get treated equally not just the people who are "popular" and good looking!!!
